1948: D.o.F Update submitted to Apple

We have found some bugs in the actual version of 1948 and have already submitted to Apple an updated version.

Changelog:

– Easier tutorial (no more landing on the carrier required).
– Fix to tutorial achievement
– Fix in activity display
– Custom control setup saving and restoring fixes
– Other minor fixes.

This was a fast, bug fixing update, expect more features soon.
